Webcomic Tournament 2005 - 2005/08/17 18:10 This thread discusses the Content article: Webcomic Tournament 2005

Woah! That's not fair! I read most of those... choosing a favorite is not cool! Oh! but I do have a great one to add:

Bunny

This is one of my all time favorites. It's British, and sometimes downright surreal, but it has a habbit of cheering me up, plus they update everyday! I emplore all of you to take a took, and check the archives. Each comic is one pannel, so it won't take you long, but might very well make your day.

Re:Webcomic Tournament 2005 - 2005/08/23 10:32 I'm not really sure how the tournament works ... is it just a poll on which one's the best..?

RPGWorld is slow to update but is a classic (http://www.rpgworldcomic.com).

Order of the Stick -- a great one for D&D players and GMs (http://www.giantitp.com/cgi-bin/GiantITP/ootscript)

Re:Webcomic Tournament 2005 - 2005/08/26 12:52 I'm sorry yeah, that post was less discriptive than I thought.

What is going on is I have created a tournament bracket for the comics to compete in. I will be releasing the bracket sometime soon now that I'm back on broadband. Each week we'll poll on the comics in the contest and the single winners will advance to the next bracket.

In responce to the added comics, I shall perhaps create a extra round to let the ones suggested in. I'll have to take a look at the bracket and get back to you.

Re:Webcomic Tournament 2005 - 2005/08/27 23:36 And what are we polling them on?

Re:Webcomic Tournament 2005 - 2005/08/28 10:36 Nothing fancy. Just "which one do you like more?" I suppose that would mean that you should pick for whichever one strikes a better balance between being funny, having a good plot, likeable characters, and/or excellent art. We aren't breaking it down into catagories though if you'd like we could maybe do that later.
