    This is where the battles that are reported to the Clan Leader are recorded for recording sake.  This way you can check out how your fellow clan members are doing in their multiplay games.


The First Battle
May 10th, 1999:
Map: (3)Urban Skirmish.scm (Custom map, Use map settings, Author:Vergil)
Players: (xnm)Monkeypant (Terran), [XNM]Ryouga (Protoss), (XNM)Vergil(Zerg).
Diplomacy: (xnm)Monkeypant and [XNM]Ryouga were allies w/Allied Victory and Shared vision. (XNM)Vergil was their enemy.
Clans/Squads Involved: XNM, Sci-ninja team (XNM)
Map Info: Monkey and Ryouga were to work as a team to destroy Vergil's cerebrate using hidden Dark Templar by defending a city.  The main goal of the map was training our recruits newest to Starcraft.
Game Version: Starcraft v1.05
Outcome: (xnm)Monkeypant and [XNM]Ryouga were victorious.
Battle Summary: Vergil opened the game with a powerful air attack that destroyed an expansion, but was stopped by Ryouga's scouts.  Vergil then began to make a system of careless mistakes (i.e. not using Queens, spending to much on Scourges, not beefing up defenses) and worked to hard at fighting minor skirmishes with Ryouga to notice Monkeypant's Siege Tank build-up.  Despite Monkeypant's failure to notice that the allied communication was off (i.e. Vergil heard every word he said), the two managed to find the Dark Templar placed on the map and kill Vergil's Cerebrate.

Damn the Wind Storm!
May 17th, 1999
Map: (5)Sherwood Forest
Players: (xnm)Vergil, (xnm)Ryouga
Diplomacy: (xnm)Vergil(Protoss) and (xnm)Ryouga(Protoss) allied against 2 computers (Blue Zerg, Purple Terran)
Clans/Squads Involved: XNM, Sci-Ninjas(XNM)
Map Info: Regular Blizzard Certified Melee map (comes with Starcraft)
Game Version: Starcraft Version 1.05
Outcome: Disconnected, thanks to the forces of nature. (although it is marked in XNM records as a victory)
Battle Summary: The game began with good starts for both Ryouga and Vergil. An early infantry attack by Terrans was negated by three Ryouga Photon Cannons, and a later attack against Vergil was stopped by the combined forces of Ryouga and Vergil.  Terrans took a dormant path and stopped attacking, while the Zerg constantly send mixed forces against Vergil.  Once Ryouga completed his fleet of about 12 scouts and 3 carriers, which he had no problem building due to Vergil being the only one attacked, Ryouga proceeded to waist the Zerg with the support of Vergil's Reaver drop.  Then the Terrans were no match for the fleet and Reavers.  When Vergil and Ryouga were about to destroy the last enemy building, a two local low pressure zones caused a massive wind storm that knocked out power in most of the city!  B.net says the battle was a disconnect for us both, but we know we really won.

The Dark Swarm
May 18, 1999

Diplomacy: (xnm)Vergil(Terran) and (xnm)BMAN(Protoss) were allied against 3 Computer opponents (Zerg, Terran, and Terran)
Clans/Squads Involved: XNM
Map Info: Big Game Hunters requires no introduction.
Game Version: Broodwar Version 1.05
Outcome: Bman and Vergil were victorious.
Battle Summary: The game began with the white Zerg attacking Vergil with 6 Zerglings and destroyed his marines and his barracks.  BMAN was willing to let Vergil land his command center and build a new one in his two expansions.  Between the two of them, they managed build a fortress of photon cannons and siege tanks and destroy white zerg and use their base as an expansion.  Then, the two enemy Terrans started launching attacks of marines, ghosts, and Battle cruisers, which were all easily stopped by Vergil's siege tanks and Goliath's, and BMAN photon cannons.  Then BMAN began a massive construction of Dark Templar and with them, and losing only one, destroyed the other two terran basses (with minor nuke support from Vergil)

Diplomacy: (XNM)Vergil(Protoss), embolis(Terran), DR.PORN(Protoss), Ales220(Terran) were all allied against four computer opponents (White Terran, Red Terran, Brown Protoss, and Purple Zerg)
Clans/Squads Involved: Only known one is XNM
Map Info: Everyone knows BGH
Game Version: Starcraft Version 1.05
Outcome: We won.
Battle Summary: This game was one of the most fun ones I have played in a while.  I chose random and got Protoss, and when the game began, we found that I was the only player on the north end of the map.  While my allies were getting mutual defenses built, I was told by DR.PORN that I would have to fend for myself.  I prepared with a large group of Zealots and found Purple Zerg right to my north.  I asked if anyone had any problems with me destroying them now, and with the blessing of my teammates, destroyed Purple.  At that point I needed embolis to help me out a bit defensively, as white and red seemed to have declared a Jiahad against me.  When I was defensively set, I began to fight skirmishes with white and red at their own bases, helping to free alex220 from the White expansion just above him.  Soon, DR.PORN's carrier fleet destroyed Brown and the combined siege tanks, nukes, and zealots of myself and embolis destroyed white.  Then we all converged on red for the final push.
